For several decades I have firmly established myself as a consultant, coach, mediator and trainer for numerous companies, nationally and internationally.
The focus of my work lies within the human resources development on the progression of leadership and social skills, on successful communication, conflict solving and team development.

For experienced leaders of all levels and those still studying leadership, it is crucial to recognize one's own behavior and its effects. To (further) develop an individual leadership style and to permanently strengthen one’s own leadership personality it must be designed accordingly.
Those who want to broaden their social and self-competence to further expand and strengthen their network of relationships learn about the strong impact of words. Analyzing communication skills in role-playing and giving powerful feedback we show how each individual influences moods and motivation.
It is important for executives and employees to learn how to solve conflicts and make positive use of them. In training, they develop conflict management strategies through consensus rather than right or power. They expand their behavioral repertoire with problem-solving strategies that lead to trust and to a well-balanced relationship, situatively and in the long run.

During Forming phase and first signs of Storming, we assist you in both selecting and building new teams, taking into account the principle of mutual and alternating leadership. Members learn how to reinforce trust and team spirit right from the start.
In the phases of Norming and Performing, we accompany your teams intensively and conceive new forms of teamwork to strengthen the fellowship. Thus, members already develop their social skills and design contemporary self-governing structures while distributing roles and acceppting responsibilities.
In the digital age, teams not only need different work and cooperation techniques, but also increased social skills. Combined training and coaching in project management help to check applied processes from planning to prototyping for suitable criteria, to adapt them to reality and to promote potentials everywhere.

With my work, I support individuals, teams and companies to create new paths in frozen situations, where all participants discover, contribute and strengthen their skills. I actively listen and give value-free feedback about what I perceive. I introduce tools and we decide together how the future should be shaped.
My clients particularly value the way I engage with situational conditions and set the framework for development. In addition to many years of experience as an entrepreneur in the field of training and coaching, I methodically build on a systemic counselor training, an NLP master and a mediator degree.
Depending on the requirements, I refer to the various tools and techniques of my numerous additional training, including the Enneagram and Covey's seven ways to effectiveness. I enjoy educating young trainers in internal train-the-trainer sessions with expertise and pleasure.
